The financial unit is the part of the Joint Administration, which is responsible for and coordinates financial administration, procurement and purchasing issues for the entire authority. The unit employs a total of 38 people.
The procurement section consists of a total of seven employees; five procurers, a procurement lawyer and a section leader. The section carries out all procurement over the direct purchase limit. The procurement includes both framework and purchase agreements, ranging from consulting services to advanced research equipment. Procurement is conducted both in Swedish and in English. Existing procurement support is TendSign and the university has the VismaProceedo e-commerce system.
The procurement section is looking for two suppliers.
duties
As a procurer you are mainly responsible for the following tasks:
* Coordination, ongoing planning, execution of procurement and follow-up of contracts
* Work on connecting framework contract providers to the e-commerce system
* Educate and inform the business
* Continuous advice on procurement and purchasing issues
Development of the sections common working methods , processes, routines, and templates and documents.
qualifications
We are looking for you who have a college degree and / or YH education with, for the employer, relevant focus. Furthermore, we would like to see you have several years of practical experience in procurement under the LOU (Act on Public Procurement). The service requires that you are a good educator with the habit of educating and communicating knowledge to groups, and that you have experience of working with electronic procurement support.
You have the ability to be driving and able to work both independently and in groups. You are able to create trustworthy relationships within your own organization, with suppliers as well as with other collaborators. You must master Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English. You should be analytical, structured but also able to find creative solutions
Merits are
* Experience of project management for smaller and larger projects
* Experience in operational and strategic procurement and procurement work
* Experience in e-commerce
* Knowledge in medical technology and / or laboratory or IT
