In keeping with the commitment to reinforce the scales of the state health units in order to qualify service to the population, the Government of Pernambuco published, on Tuesday (21), in the Official State Gazette, a call for a new public tender with 1 thousand vacancies, with positions of medium and higher level that will be filled in several health units scattered throughout the State. Entries must be made as of this Wednesday (22.08) and continue until September 20, exclusively through www.institutoaocp.org.br. Of the total number of places, 5% are reserved for people with disabilities.
Of the 1 thousand vacancies, 970 are for the public health occupational group, 260 for the position of doctor, 250 for health analysts (several higher level professions) and 460 health assistants (various mid-level professions). The other 30 vacancies are from the occupational group of health sanitary inspection, all for fiscal health surveillance. In the edict, the requirements for each position / specialty, in addition to the assignments, are specified. It is important to emphasize that the vacancies are for positions and stocking in Regional Health Management (Geres) that the Secretariat does not have more bank of the last contest held in 2014, which is still in force until December 2018. The positions benefited from the 2014 public tender which still have a bank are still valid.
"Since 2015, by determination of Governor Paulo Câmara, more than 6,100 professionals have been invited to strengthen the scales of services under state management. This demonstrates the commitment of this Government to qualify the health offered to all Pernambucans, from the Coast to the Sertão. Now, we take another step to summon professionals from positions that SES has no more bank, ratifying the importance of this labor force to strengthen public health, "says state Secretary of Health, Iran Costa.
The public tender will be divided into two stages for the professionals of higher level (doctors, health analysts and health surveillance fiscals), being an objective test and, for those approved in this stage, titration evaluation. As for the health assistants (middle level), the event will be in one phase (objective proof). The objective test will be in accordance with knowledge of the Portuguese language, general knowledge of the Unified Health System (SUS) and specific knowledge directly related to the nature of each position / specialty, as described in the notice.
The objective test will be held on October 21, with the final result of this stage being announced on November 26. The call for qualified candidates for the evaluation of securities will be between November 26 and 30. The final result of the contest, after the appeal period, will be on January 15.
The competition, conducted by the AOCP Institute, will be valid for two years after homologation, and may be extended for the same period.
INSENÇÃO - The candidate who has registered in the Cadastro Único for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) can request the exemption of the registration fee between this Wednesday (22.08) and Friday (24.08), by completing the exemption request form of the registration fee, available at www.institutoaocp.org.br. For others, the registration fee is R $ 40 (average level) or R $ 60 (higher level).
LATEST COMPETITIONS - The Government of Pernambuco has been working to strengthen the scales of the network units. From 2015 until the moment, there were already 6,176 thousand professionals called, with 843 doctors and 5,062 non-doctors. In this way, Governor Paulo Câmara has already entered the history of Health in Pernambuco with the highest number of professionals hired for the area.
In addition, there were also the hiring of professionals through simplified public selections. The government has hired, since 2015, a total of 6,900 health professionals, 1,071 doctors and 5,880 non-medical professionals.
COMPETITION CHARGES
Health assistant (middle level): administrative assistant, nursing technician, orthopedic technician, laboratory technician, necropsy technician, radiology technician, oral health technician, pharmacy technician.
Health care analyst (top level): social worker, biomedical, nurse, cardiologist nurse, obstetrician nurse, oncologist nurse, uteist nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, physiotherapist in intensive care, respiratory physiotherapist, nutritionist, psychologist, accountant and analyst in health education.
Sanitary surveillance supervisor (upper level): nurse, pharmacist and nutritionist.
(Top level): anatomopathologist, anesthesiologist, cardiologist, head and neck surgeon, general surgeon, oncological surgeon, pediatric surgeon, thoracic surgeon, vascular surgeon, general surgeon, coloproctologist, endoscopist, infectologist, intensivist, pediatric intensivist, neonatologist, neurosurgeon, neuropediatrician, oncologist, otorhinolaryngologist, pediatrician, pulmonologist, psychiatrist, tocoginecologist, traumato-orthopedist, urologist and physician in radiology and diagnostic imaging. |
