On 9/8/2017, the Management Board of the Agriculture and Rural Development Project in Vinh Phuc province has organized the construction package for the construction of + Create internal drainage system of Vinh Phuc province.
According to the Minutes of Proposals, at the time of issuing the bidding documents (Bidding Documents), 14 tenderers purchased the dossiers. However, at the time of bidding closure, only 5 bidders submitted bids. In that, 3 contractors have addresses in TP. Hanoi (Joint venture of HTC - SAWATECH - Son Tay - Baoshan, joint venture of Ha Tay Irrigation Construction Joint Stock Company - Hoang Anh Steel Structure and Lifting Equipment Joint Stock Company; A contractor located in Hai Duong (joint venture of Hai Duong Irrigation Construction Joint Stock Company - Pumps and Industrial Fans Joint Stock Company); A contractor located in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Thien Phuc Co., Ltd).
Previously, the Bidding Newspaper received the bidders feedback that the Bidding Documents of this tender package had inquiries leading to the question of the sole contractor. After the paper has reflected on this issue, Project Owner - Vinh Phuc Management Board of Agriculture and Rural Development has amended the bidding documents and extended the bidding documents.
