The same offer of the two construction companies sent the North Sakala municipality, where the builder of the heat pump building in the Suure-Jaani Water Center had to be chosen by lot.
Curiosity was caused by the fact that the public company EG Construction, the joint-stock company ESRO and the Estonian Gas Group, offered the same amount of EUR 99,000. The companies were offered a leasing facility and both agreed. Otherwise, the whole procurement should have been reorganized.

ESRO is sad, but agrees
Ahto Aruväli, CEO of Tõnu Põldma, ESRO Construction Director and CEO of EG Ehituse, were present in Suure-Jaani yesterday. One envelope was put into ESRO, another name for EG Construction. Sirje Aua, registrar of the district, invited to the area, opted for two envelopes from EG Ehituse.

The heat is falling
As a result of this procurement, a 490-meter-long thermal power station will be built from the Suure-Jaani boiler house to the future health center. Lembit Kruuse, Head of Suure-Jaani Administration, who organized the procurement, stated that fortunately all the land belonging to the municipality. In the future, the power of the boiler house operating in a chimney will be divided equally between the school house, the dwelling and the health center.
Then, the boiler house should work at the top of the winter peak in close proximity, possibly in a very cold time, to re-glow the oil that was previously stored. Kruus expressed hope that due to mass effect, the warm price in the settlement will decrease in the future.
He suggested that the hottest pool water would promise to be the most expensive. It only takes about a week to warm it up. "We also discussed the installation of a land heating system in the health center, but according to calculations it would have become much more expensive," said Lembit Kruuse.
If it turns out that it is not reasonable to keep the city boiler house during the summer, solar panels can be installed on the roof of the water center.
