Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Bassel Al-Sabah issued two ministerial resolutions which included a review of all tenders, practices and direct orders that were not contracted with the Minister to provide the list within two weeks from the date of the decision, in addition to the requirement of written approval from the Department of Information Systems on the supply of automated systems or computer network or computers And accessories or printers.
The first decision No. 32 of 2018 issued by Minister Al-Sabah concerns the terms and conditions of the contracting contract of the Ministrys sectors for the supply of automated systems, computer networks, computers, accessories or printers, as well as the request for the appointment of technicians or computer consultants. Information in the Ministry is the body that reviews these requests received from different parties in the ministry and give opinion on them, whether approval or objection within two weeks from the date of submission of the application and in the case of objection is causing and clarified alternatives.
The Ministerial Decision also stipulates the responsibility of the Information Systems Department to review and summarize all current contracts on automated systems in all sectors of the Ministry, prepare a report thereon and submit them to the Minister within three months. The Ministerial Decision also includes conducting the technical study on all subjects (tenders - At the Ministrys general office, to complete the preparation of the report of the technical study within two weeks of the study.

On the other hand, Ministerial Decree No. 33 of 2018, issued by Minister Al-Sabah, reviewed all tenders, practices and direct orders that are currently being submitted.
