The chairman of the provincial Peoples Committee decides to purchase assets of agencies, organizations and units valued at 300 million dong or more per unit of property or value of 500 million dong or more per purchase. Various types of assets.
Heads of departments, agencies, organizations and units at provincial level; The chairman of the district-level Peoples Committee shall decide on the purchase of assorted assets (except for automobiles and means of transport) at the request of the Finance-Planning Section, the Finance-Accounting Section or functional sections. Assisting the State in the field of finance and property under the provisions of law with the purchase price of less than VND 300 million / 1 asset unit or the total purchase value of under VND 500 million / purchase of many kinds of assets. .
Heads of agencies and units under provincial-level Peoples Committees, heads of district-level organizations and chairpersons of commune-level Peoples Committees shall decide on the purchase of assets valued at under VND 100 million. VND / 1 unit of assets or the total value of procurement under 150 million / 1 purchase of many assets.
For programs and projects, they shall be procured according to the State regulations on such programs or projects.
