Rimantas Daunoras, who was born in Žagariskiai village (Joniškis district), now residing in Šiauliai, was angry that a year ago Raudondvario street was paved with only the first house from the first to the last, but the planes signifying the section to the village remained without asphalt. Some people still suffer from gravel dust. Žagares elder says that the problem will be resolved shortly.

"Why is the asphalt not covered all over the village? Where is the other part? Maybe the money is just stolen? - Guess the reader. - During the Cherry Festival traffic was directed through Žagariskes village, hundreds and thousands of cars. Why do people have to suffer? Had the municipality not been able to arrange the pavement before the aforementioned holiday, to pave the way? They talk about public procurement of works. Any public procurements: are there small sections, low value? And Zagares elder, who is not local, runs from Joniskis, did I find out about the problem I have been talking about, or at least I have been in contact with the local population? "
Žagares elder Saulius Kužmarskis assured "Šiauliu kraštas" that he knew about the problem, but he himself, with the commission, examined and assessed the condition of Raudondvaris street in June. Succeeded with one other resident.
"In August, the remaining gravel roads in the village will be paved. In the past, this was not possible because of the public procurement process, the preparation of documents. It was necessary to make public purchases, as not only this street, but also other asphalt works of the district are bought, - the elder said. - There were not enough funds last year, and so, in order to put asphalt down all Žagariskes farmsteads, funds were taken from Rengiu street in Žvelgaiciai village. There is an unpainted section in Lauko street in Žagare town. "
According to S. Kužmarskis, this year, 16 500 euros were allocated to the Rengiu street asphalt of Žvelgaiciai village, and 8 500 euros were allocated to Žagariskes rural Raudondvario street. In total, for the 2018 year, only 29 244 euros would be deducted from the district budget for the Žagare subdistrict.
