Work Detail "Vodovod Vir" has obtained location permits for the construction of the entire water supply and sewerage network of the island of Vira. During the summer, public procurement for the settlement of Prezida will take place. The municipal enterprise "Vodovod Vir" obtained location permits for the project for the construction of the water supply and sewerage network of the island of Vira for the entire island of Vir, which was one of the key prerequisites for the application of the EU funds project. These are four location permits that include the construction of sewerage and water pipelines, hydroblokes and pumping stations for the route of the project, including the villages: Brdonja, Rosulje, Slatina, Marina, Lucica, Bobovik, Žitna, Straža, Soldatica, Viric, Laz, Sapavac, Sridnje Kucice, Lozice, Biskupljaca, Radnjaca, Smrti, Velika Slatina, Torovi, Pedinka, Srpljica, Šepunatka, Site and Kozjak. This is 134 kilometers of sewerage and 126 kilometers of water pipeline with 16 pumping stations, two hydroplugs and a subterranean discharge of 1,922 meters long - a story, at least as far as project documentation and location permits are concerned. The estimated value of this project amounts to a whopping $ 1 billion including VAT, of which over HRK 850 million is spent on the project itself, and the remaining HRK 150 million on land costs, supervision, visibility and other work related to the construction of water and sewage systems. As far as the estimated costs are concerned, the value of the project will be recognized only after the public procurement process, but on the basis of its estimated value, funds will be available in the EU. The only location permit that is not currently in the application kit is a permit for a purification device, ie a 1,922-meter deepwater discharge, which will bridge and close existing ones. "We submitted the request two weeks ago, so we expect to be very close to the procedure. All facilities that are essential for building a complete water and sewage network will have a location permit - says Hrvoje Bašic, director of the water supply company. With these location permits, the main projects for each settlement can be completed, without them being done in about 95 percent of the complexity, followed by the issuance of a building permit. - Construction permit will be a complicated and complicated project, but it is not a condition for EU funds - says Director Bašic explaining that the application process requires a feasibility study whose work version has been completed and goes to "Croatian Waters" and JASPERS for reading and control. Location permits for settlements are complete, the permit for submersible is already in the procedure, while the rest of the application must be accompanied by at least one existing building permit for the submitted project. The hydropower company at present has four building permits so that no such request will be a barrier. Thus will II. and III. the phase that is being built will also be reported as an EU project, and there are building permits for them, as for the resorts that have obtained the location permit to get three more building permits. All together, "Vodovod Vir" will have seven building permits and these papers, according to Director Bašic, will go to the control of the EU agency: - As far as the project is over 50m euros, its destiny will be decided directly by Brussels. Until then, work on connections II will continue in early September. and III. phases of water supply and sewage networks. Settlements Centar, Luka and Miljkovica to Miljkovica XIII street, as projects I and II. phase, have already been constructed with 2,300 connections for plumbing and sewerage, three pumping stations, a hydrant plateau, a 1.5 km long water tank, water spraying and 26 kilometers of sewers and 22 kilometers of water pipelines. The project was solved and III. the phase of construction of the water supply and sewerage network of the island of Vira in the settlement of Prezid, worth 40 million kuna, which will begin with public procurement, most likely by the end of 2018, while the public procurement itself will be completed during the summer. This project will carry out 12 kilometers of water supply and 12 kilometers of sewerage network and about 1,600 water and sewage pipelines. Whole Prezida, as a route that gravitates towards the already underwater seaport, will also be done and placed ad acta as the complete southern direction of the island. PROJECT AGLOMERATION NIN-PRIVLAKA-VRSI On the previous day in July will be opened the bidding for the execution of works on the project of the Nin-Privlaka-Vrsi agglomeration project, which is run by the water company Vodovod Vir. Aglomeracija is the crown of the ten-year period through which the project worth 397 million kuna was designed, planned, implemented and at the beginning of January 2018 was brought up to documentation to the very end. Its complex system consists of 102 km of sewerage, 32 kilometers of water pipeline, 33 pumping stations, a purifier and a five kilometer long discharge.
