He adds that he wants to use all available legal steps to get information. In addition, the opinion of the Kosice County District Authority stated that sending information to a citizens initiative would put itself at risk of an action for interference with the rights of successful bidders.
The county claims it has not violated any law, nor has it done anything unobtransparent.
