Work Detail Tokyo, July 2 - IA Neftegaz.RU. The Japanese government organization for the development of new energy and industrial technologies ( NEDO) will soon begin to implement the project of experimental construction of a wind park in Tiksi in Yakutia. This was announced on 2 July 2018 by the representative of the Smart Systems Division of NEDO S. Akayeva. Components 3 x wind energy installations (wind turbines) has arrived in Vladivostok. Then they are supposed to be carried by land and delivered by the river Lena to Tiksi. The river will be navigable at the end of July. So the equipment will be replaced in accordance with the schedule in early August 2018. Then it is planned to begin construction In the polar settlement, construction can be carried out only in the summer, so the Japanese in 2018 g 1 m case mount windmills. In 2019 windmills will be complemented 3 mja diesel engines to provide a more stable operation, power storage systems and automated control. Then the experiment will begin, which will last for a year. The task of NEDO is to check the stability of this energy system, the influence of winds, temperature changes, the fluctuations in demand , etc., in the harsh conditions of Yakutia . On the Japanese side, the project employs 3 companies, and their total costs are estimated at just under 2 billion yen (about 18 million US dollars). The capacity of the experimental wind farm in Tiksi will be up to 1 MW. According to calculations, the use of such systems is capable of approximately 20% lower consumption of diesel fuel. With the success of the experiment, combinations of wind generators, diesel engines, batteries and automated control systems can be used on an ongoing basis. RusHydro agreed to cooperate with Japanese companies Mitsui and Komaihaltec in renewable energy projects in 2016 . At the same time, the parties confirmed their intentions to build a wind farm in Tiksi. RusHydro signed the next declaration on cooperation, but this time with the Japanese organization for the development of new energy and industrial technologies (NEDO) on September 6, 2017 during the WEF-2017. RusHydro plans to invest 600-800 million rubles in the construction of a wind farm in Pi Tiksi. NEDOs investments amount to 2 billion yen ($ 18.6 million). The Yakut authorities and RusHydro took upon themselves the creation of the basic infrastructure of the wind park, including the construction of a power line. Before being sent to Russia, NEDO tested in special chambers, where the temperature characteristic of the Arctic regions was reconstructed, the details of the wind power plants supplied to the wind farm in Tiksi.
