On June 15, Kyivpastrans (*), a municipal enterprise (KP), announced a tender for the purchase of capital repairs of buildings and facilities of the bus fleet No. 2 located on the street. Prague, 7 (Dneprovsky district of Kiev).
The total expected purchase price is 12 million 857 thousand 609 hryvnia. The purchase is divided into two lots.
Expected purchase price by lot number 1 is 11 million 551 thousand 243 hryvnia. The expected purchase price for Lot No. 2 is 1 million 306 thousand 366 hryvnia.
The contractor (or contractors) must perform work on each lot until December 24, 2018. The warranty period for the work performed must be at least 24 months. The negotiated price is dynamic, that is, it can be increased as the work progresses.
The term for requests for clarifications will end on June 29. The period for appealing the tender conditions will end on July 5. The deadline for the submission of bids is July 9, 11:00. The auction is scheduled for 14:23 hours on July 10.

Some qualification requirements for contractors in terms of ways to confirm them are of some interest: the availability of equipment and material and technical base, as well as the availability of workers of relevant qualifications who have the necessary knowledge and experience.
To confirm compliance with the eligibility criteria, according to Art. 16 of the Law "On Public Procurements" , the participants should, as part of their tender proposals, provide:
a certificate in an arbitrary form on the availability of equipment and material and technical base, which is necessary for the performance of works being the subject of procurement;
a certificate in an arbitrary form about the availability of workers of relevant qualifications who have the necessary education, knowledge and experience.
The requirements of providing supporting documents for equipment and material and technical base, as well as for employees indicated in the relevant certificates, are not established by the terms of the tender documentation.
Also, the conditions of the tender documentation do not provide for the existence of documented experience in implementing a similar agreement among the participants.
And in the tender for the procurement of cleaning services, the tender committee has established more stringent qualification requirements for the participants.
