Sagan explained that the project cost 300 million dirhams, consisting of 463 housing units, ranging from a small studio, one bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments, noting that the project has an attractive location adjacent to the garden and has a special entrance to the population, A fully equipped health club, swimming pool, steam room and sauna, multipurpose hall, walk and walk place, barbecue area, ball court, tennis court and a high-tech surveillance system for the protection and security of the population. |
