Eaton, the energy management solutions company, said it has won a multi-million dollar contract to provide full power distribution solutions to Kuwait Universitys huge administrative facility in Sabah Al-Salem University.
"Administrative facilities at Kuwait University will be the main gateway to the new campus. The seven buildings, including the Culture and Meetings Hall, the Convention Center, the University Library, the Visitor Center and the Grand Mosque will meet the main administrative and honorary functions of the campus, which accommodate the needs of approximately 40,000 students as well as faculty members, administrative staff and visitors.
Working together with a key partner, Sahara General Trading and Contracting Company, Eaton has won the contract through China Construction Company Middle East and Al Ghanim International. Eaton will fully supply X EnergyLV systems, power distribution components and industrial control solutions to the large management facility.
