Work Detail Up to now, spending EU money on e-government has been going on like after december. However, initiatives such as fast track or POPC Support give us hope that we will spend at least PLN 2.5 billion In May 2016, the then minister of digitization, Anna Strezynska, criticized in the Sejm spending of money on computerization from the previous EU perspective, that is from the Operational Program Innovative Economy (POIG). She accused her predecessors, among others lack of integrated IT strategy or centralization of competences in this area. As a result, at the end of 2015 Poland had to report to the European Commission as non-functioning projects with a value of approx. 30 percent. total budget. There is still a risk of having to finance several of these projects from domestic sources. All projects are delayed In the current perspective, that is for the years 2014-20, which is already at a quite advanced stage, with projects in the area of ??e-administration is also not colorful. In the so-called the second priority axis of the Operational Program Digital Poland, from which e-State projects are financed, contracting currently amounts to PLN 2.5 billion and has remained at this level for a long time. However, the level of expenditure is only PLN 220 million. - Expenses are 27 percent. the amount originally set up by our beneficiaries. There are 56 projects in implementation, of which the most is consumed by measure 2.1, i.e. e-administration, in which there are 28. From this axis, all beneficiaries have delays. There is no project that would stick to the original financial and material schedule - says Wanda Buk, director of the Digital Poland Project Center. In line with the original schedules, expenditures at the level of PLN 882 million were to be incurred by the end of the first quarter. Time is running out because the beneficiary has three years to implement one project. Projects that are currently in the third year of implementation are 16. This year, four should be completed, and another six - in the first quarter of next year. Two agreements on financing from POPC have been resolved. The Ministry of Justice has abandoned the implementation of the electronic system for the registration of court hearings (criminal cases). The National Directorate of State Archives also gave up the project. The total value of their co-financing amounted to over PLN 86 million. There are also cases of limiting projects. For example, the Ministry of Finance reduced co-financing for e-Taxes to PLN 16 million from PLN 97 million, and the Main Office of Geodesy and Cartography limited the scope of three of its projects by a total of nearly PLN 200 million.
