DHMI has canceled the proposed bid for the pine trees to be imported from Siberia, Finland, Ukraine or Sweden at the Florya Educational Facility and the bungalows it intends to build, because it is not compatible with national policies and prevents it from participating in domestic will.
The tender, which was opened by the State Airports Authority (DHMI) on May 8, 2018 for the 7 bungalows planned to be built on the Yesilköy shore, was canceled due to the technical specifications being inconvenient. DHMI was reminded that "all the visible trees are dried in the oven and the moisture content will be imported pine (moisture will be controlled by the administration) (Siberia, Finland, Ukraine or Sweden)" in the "To Do Works" section of the tender specifications "Trees" .

It is stated that this matter is preventing the proposal of domestic goods with the participation of domestic tenderers and reducing competition. Noting that harmonization of national policies in the field of public procurement is very important, it was announced that it was decided to cancel the tender.

Bungalows are marked as "Public Education Recreational and Touristic Facility Areas" in the reconstruction plans.
