Since 1 April 2018, Slovenia has a compulsory electronic bidding procedure. Through the implementation of the e-Procurement project, free public procurement procedures can be carried out from start to finish in a "paperless" form. Access to the web portal is via https://ejn.gov.si/, or directly to the portal via link https://www.enarocanje.si/ What this means in practice Through a portal, the Bidder can submit bids to many different orders. During our review, over one thousand orders were submitted on the online portal enorocanje.si over the last ten days. Many public institutions, such as schools, kindergartens, retirement homes, hospitals, food orders, we also found orders for work in the forest, roof repairs and the like. All documentation is attached, which explains how the application must be prepared. |
