The Central Bosnia Canton Government held the 86th session in Travnik on 26 April 2018.
At the proposal of the Cantonal Administration for Veterans, the SBK Government gave its consent to the Opinion on the Federal Pre-Draft Law on the Rights of Demobilized Deputies and their Family Members, which delegated competence from Canton and FBiH in the area, with the remarks that certain cantons and municipalities regulations.
The Ministry of Justice and Administration proposed, and the Government of SBK gave its consent to the Rulebook on Internal Organization.
The Joint Services Department has proposed and the Government of SBK has passed the Decision on the Transfer of Ownership of the Government Building (Detention) Street Skolska bb Travnik by deciding on the ownership of the land (business premises and yard) from the Government of the Central Bosnia Canton to the Travnik Public Health Institute .
At the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, the SBK Government has made the following decisions:
The Decision on allocation of funds from SBK budget for 2018, with the decision is allocated amount of 11.031,75 KM, funds are intended for the procurement of computer equipment (server) for the needs of the Ministry of Finance SBK, funds will be allocated to the supplier "OCEAN" doo Travnik.
The Decision on allocation and transfer of funds to the accounts of SBK municipalities, in accordance with the adopted Program for allocation and transfer of funds, from the position "Water resources support" established by the Budget of SBK for 2018, the decision allocates the amount of 325.000,00 KM for the purpose of realization of projects in the area Water Management by Municipalities.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports has proposed, and the SBK Government has made the following decisions:
The Decision on the Provisional Allocation of Higher Education Funds planned for the 2018
SBK Budget by the Decision allocating the amount of 447.000,00 KM for the purpose of
financing higher education and student scholarships will be allocated to the University of
Mostar. ^^^^
The decision on allocation of funds from the item "procurement of equipment" planned by
the SBK budget for 2018, is a decision allocating the amount of 19.084,26 KM for the
purchase of 10 computers and multifunction printers for the same ministry.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, the
Government of the SBK gave its consent to the initiation of a public procurement procedure
of 5 motor vehicles for the Cantonal Forestry Administrations worth 120.000,00 KM.
