The Salem City Council Monday night will consider a number of bid awards.
They include resurfacing portions of Lake, Illinois and Baldridge Streets as well as replacement of a water line on Illinois Street. The road projects are expected to cost $255,490. The water line project has an estimated cost of $247,850.
Public Works Director John Pruden is recommending the purchase of two new zero turn mowers for the Parks and Street Departments from Duis Sales Center in Salem. They had the lowest bid at $17,469.
The council will go into closed session to complete the semi annual review of prior executive session minutes.
