Work Detail | Traffic delays are expected as phase 2 of the Interstate 95 Bridge Construction gets underway. Police have taken to social media to remind residents that the second phase of construction will begin Monday at 8 p.m. The work is expected to cause significant delays on the northbound side of I-95 and the roads around it in Waterford for 34 hours. The right lane will be closed until Wednesday at 6 a.m. as crews work on the bridge that goes over Oil Mill Road. Routes 1 and 85, as well as Interstate 395, also could see significant delays as a result. Police said in the post that residents should use the I-95 North on-ramp on Parkway South off of Cross Roads or access I-95 North via Route 85 during this time. |
