Sumou Real Estate Company, Saudi Arabia announces the signing of an agreement to develop and execute the infrastructure and Super structures works for Sedco Capital Sumou Al-Muqarr project in Madinah. The value of the contract is SAR 562.4 million. The agreement was signed with Sedco Capital Sumou Al-Muqarr Fund, represented by Jawharat Al-Ghura Real Estate Development Company. As part of the contract, the company will Develop and execute the Infrastructure and Super structures for Sedco Capital Sumou Al-Muqarr Project in Medina, with a total area of 268,782.12 m². The duration of the Project is 24 months. |
