The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Construction Of A Complex Of Eight Multi -Family Residential Buildings Together With The Development Of The Adjacent Area And The Implementation Of The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure Including Internal And External Installations Necessary For Their Proper Functioning. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make All Turnkey Buildings, I.E. Walls Painted White Or Lined With Tiles Depending On The Rooms, Floors Lined With Floor Panels/Tiles, Bathroom Equipped With A Shower Cubicle, Toilet, Sink, Kitchenette Equipped With A Sink, 4-Fuel Electric Stove With Oven, Lighting Ended With A Frame. Electric Sockets/Switches, Ladder Radiators In Bathrooms), Heating (Measured By A Heat Meter), Internal Door Joinery Mounted, Window Sills. Construction, Architectural, Installation, Connection, Finishing, Building And Apartments, Land Development Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 2 Opz. Construction Buildings Are Planned For Implementation In Śrem, Area Śremski, At Ul. Farna, On The Plot With Registration Number 16/9, Precinct No. 07. Place Of Implementation: Śrem Ul. Farna, The Subject Of The Order Are Repetitive Multi -Family Residential Buildings In Two Types, Four -Storey, Non -Basement, Covered With Flat Roofs With Declines Shaped Inwards. The Buildings Are Planned After 15 And 30 Residential Premises, Respectively. As Part Of The Land Development, Internal Roads With Parking Stands, Pavements And Pedestrian Access, Places Of Collection Of Waste, Bicycle Sheds, Recreation Places And Small Architecture Were Designed. Full Technical Infrastructure Necessary To Service The Estate Was Also Designed. Residential Buildings Are Planned To Be Equipped With: Water Supply, Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage, Electrical And Teletechnical, Lightning Protection, As Well As Heating Installation And Installation Of Obtaining Electricity From Renewable Sources, I.E. Solar Panels Mounted On The Roof And Wind Turbines With Vertical Rotation Axis. The Heating Installation In Buildings Will Be Implemented In A Hybrid System Using Two Heat Sources. The Employer Reserves That This Documentation Is An Auxiliary Information, Does Not Constitute Grounds For Any Claims Against The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Costs Of Preparatory Works
