Telecommunications Equipment – Ip/Mpls Active Equipment, Phase 2. Georgia Has Received Financing From The World Bank And European Investment Bank (Eib) Toward The Cost Of The Log-In Georgia Project And Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds Toward Payments Under Under The Contract For Ip/Mpls Active Equipment, Phase 2. A Contractor Will Be Selected In Accordance With The Procedures Set Out In World Bank Procurement Regulations For Ipf Borrower Dated July 2016 (Revised In February 2025). The Bids Will Be Evaluated By The Evaluation Committee (Ec) Based On Required Qualification Rated Criteria. No Margin Of Preference Is Applied. Late Bids Will Be Rejected. Bids Will Be Opened Electronically. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid-Securing Declaration.
