Tender For Interior And Renovation Works In Vidhan Sabha Mandap At Lucknow - Dismantling of existing acoustic Wall Panelling, channels, grids and other key componentincluding stacking of material as directed by Architect in charge with in a distance of 100 meter. 3 Cost of shifting, Malba disposal and dumping at appropriate site 4 Cost for site cleaning, carpet removal, safety measures sheets, constant cleaning, maintenence and progressive hinderance charges 5 Providing and fixing customized bamboo scaffolding system on the inner side of the building upto height 15m, constructed using 50-75 mm diameter bamboo members placed at 1.5 metre intervals or as required both horizontally and vertically. The scaffolding shall be securely tied and braced with horizontal runners, diagonal bracings, and adequate connections to the building structure to ensure rigidity, stability, and safety during execution of work.The scaffolding shall be maintained in a safe and serviceable condition for the entire duration of its requirement and shall be dismantled and removed thereafter without causing damage to the building or adjacent works. The system shall include all necessary safety features for workmen and provisions to allow inspection and execution of work at all required locations, all as per the directions and approval of the Architect-in-Charge. 6 Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100 gram / sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work) 7 Carpet Coveringt Providing and laying protective carpet covering over existing flooring, furniture, and other in-house elements during dome painting works using a 6mm thk. foam sheet and a double layer of polybag sheet or an approved equivalent of specified thickness. The covering shall be securely fixed using adhesives, tapes, or weights to prevent displacement, and shall effectively protect against paint, dust, and mechanical damage. Upon completion of the work, the protective materials shall be safely removed without causing any damage to the underlying surfaces and shall be either disposed of or reused as directed. All work shall be carried out as per site conditions and the instructions of the Architect-in-Charge. 8 Furniture CoveringProviding and fixing protective covering over existing furniture and fixtures using polyethylene sheets/plastic rolls to safeguard against dust, paint, and damage during dome painting work. Includes proper wrapping, securing, and removal after completion of work, ensuring no damage to furniture. Work to be executed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Artistic PaintProviding and applying Artistic paint using ragging roller on dome surface finished on existing glass wool substrate. The surface shall be properly prepared by cleaning, levelling, and applying recommended primer and base coats as per manufacturer’s specifications. Texture paint shall be applied uniformly to achieve the desired Dune pattern effect, ensuring a consistent and aesthetically pleasing finish across the curved dome surface. All materials shall be of approved make such as Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, or equivalent, and the work shall be executed as per manufacturer’s guidelines and to the satisfaction of the Architect-in-Charge. 10 Ornamented ArtworkFinishing Artwork Through Handwork includes the manual enhancement of pre-prepared artwork by skilled artisans using approved techniques such as hand-painting, polishing, inlay, or texturing. All materials—paints, varnishes, foils, etc.—shall be of approved make, conforming to IS standards, non-toxic, and weather-resistant if used outdoors. Surfaces must be clean and properly prepared before application. Only hand tools are permitted unless otherwise approved. The finish must be neat, uniform, and match the approved sample. Rates shall include all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and site cleaning.
