The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of A Georadar Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Lodz Voivodship Self-Government Based On Contract No. 119/Kai/2025 Cpv 38230000-6 Electromagnetic Geophysical Instruments 2. Georadar Will Be Delivered With Equipment, Consisting Of Two Antennas, License, Software, Tablet And Additional Accessories, The Detailed Description, Whose Detailed Description Was Indicated In Annex 2 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Produced Not Earlier Than In 2024, Allowed To Trading, Free From Technical And Legal Defects. 4. The Equipment Will Be Delivered To The Seat Of The Ordering Party-Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź, 91-048 Łódź, Ul. Lutomierska 108/112.5. At The Stage Of Delivery, It Is Required To Train Users From The Basics Of The Use Of Equipment In Field Conditions And Software Training: Processing And Interpretation Of Data For A Maximum Of 6 People In The Dimension Of 16 Working Hours. 6. The Costs Of Transport, Delivery, Submitting, Launching And Training Are Borne By The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Guarantee In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.9. The Contractor Declares That The Offered Equipment Has A Ce Declaration Confirming That It Meets The Basic Requirements Contained In The Directives Of The Council Of Europe And National Legal Regulations.
