It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Development Of Medical Database Dps. Fimea (Later Subscriber) Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System Under Section 49 Of The Procurement Act, Which Will Compete To The Customers Expert Services Related To The Development Of The Medical Data Reserve. As Part Of Expert Services, Licenses And Permissions Related To The Development Of Pharmaceutical Data Reference Can Also Be Obtained. The Acquisition Includes The Necessary Delivery And Commissioning Projects And The Necessary Maintenance And Support And Development Services. In Addition, Other Expert Services Related To The Pharmaceutical Data Repository May Be Tendered Separately Within The Dynamic Procurement System. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid Until 31.12.2035. The Customer Has The Right To Suspend The Dynamic Procurement System During Its Validity. The Subscriber Also Has The Right, At Any Time Of The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System, To Temporarily Close The System, For Example For Holiday Periods, Or Other Times Where The Procurement And The Processing Of New Applications For Participation Can Be Postponed Later. The Primary Language Of The Contract Notice Is Finnish And The Procurement Documents Are Available In Finnish. The Customer Has Translated The Application For Participation In Some Respects To English To Enable International Tenderers To Participate. If There Is A Contradiction Between The Finnish-Language And English Procurement Document, The Finnish Procurement Document Is Primary. The Application For Participation Must Be Made In Finnish.
