General Procurement Notice for Provision of Goods, Works, Related Services and Consulting Services for Climate Resilience Flood Protection Dams Project The project will include the following components: Construction of Wadi Al Khoud Flood Protection Dam (AK01), Wilayat Seeb, Muscat Governorate, using ICB procurement method. Construction of Wadi Rijma Flood Protection Dam (R2A) in Wilayat Liwa North Al Batinah Governorate, using ICB procurement method. Construction of Wadi Majlas Flood Protection Dam in Wilayat Qurayat, Muscat Governorate, using ICB procurement method. Construction of Wadi Ahin Flood Protection Dam in Wilayat Saham North Al Batinah Governorate, using ICB procurement method. Construction of (Saham Agriculture City) , Using ICB/MC Construction of Institutional Development and Capacity Building Centre, Using ICB/MC Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised Feb. 2023), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the Islamic Development Banks international competitive bidding (ICB) or international competitive bidding member countries (ICB/MC) procedures and for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in IsDB website , E-Tendering website Trade publications of wide international circulation and official newspaper.
