Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Furniture Of Stem Center At Hristo Botev Primary School-Varna Under Procedure Bg-Rrp-1.015 School Stem Environment, Under The Republic Of Bulgaria Republic Of Bulgaria
The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For The Construction Of A Stem Center In The Building Of Hristo Botev Primary School, Varna. The Purpose Of The Setting Of The Stem Center Is To Encourage Students To Develop Habits And Skills In The Fields Of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts And Mathematics. The Contract Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For The Furniture Of A Stem Center With The Following Furniture: Computer Tables, Modular Single Student Tables, School Chairs, Working Chairs For Teachers; Cube -Type Stools; Libraries With Shelves, Shelves, Cabinets With Shelves And Solid Doors; Modular Compositions, Blinds, Wall Graphics And More. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In Annex 1 - Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. The Deadline For Execution Of All Deliveries That Are Subject To Award In This Public Procurement May Not Be More Than 90 / Ninety / Calendar Days, Beginning To Run From The Day Following The Conclusion Of The Performance Contract. The Warranty Maintenance Period Should Be Not Less Than 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Date Of Signing Of A Bilateral Acceptance Protocol For Acceptance Of The Delivery And Installation. The Proposed Furniture Must Be New, Unused, With Original Components. Supplied In Original Packaging With Undisturbed Integrity. The Furniture Is Also Submitted By All The Documents Accompanying The Delivery In Bulgarian. The Contracting Authority Should Be Notified At Least One Day Earlier For The Day Of Delivery The Contractor Should Deliver The Furniture On A Working Day For The School No Later Than 2:00 Pm. With Its Own Funds And Employees To Unload It And Transfer It To The Separate And Prepared For Furnishing The Ste Center Located In The Building Of Hristo Botev Primary School, Varna Employees Of The Contractor Should Unpack, Assemble And Install The Furniture Supplied In Order To Comply With The Requirements For The Proper Installation Of The Furniture And The Next One. Upon Completion Of The Work, The Contractor With His Own Funds Should Export The Formed Waste, Packaging, Boxes, Etc., Leaving The Stem Center In The Condition Appropriate For The Acceptance Of Delivery And Installation By The Responsible Persons Determined By The Contracting Authority. Upon Completion Of The Installation Of The Equipment And The Removal Of The Generated Waste, A Reception Transmitter Protocol Certifies The Delivery And Installation.
