Procurement Plan for Provision of Knet Services for Kuwait National Petroleum Company Kuwait National Petroleum Company (Knpc) is Responsible to Distnbute the Petroleum Products Locally in Kuwait. Both in Bulk and Retail. The Local Distnbution of Fuel Products is Maintained in Two Depots Located in Sabhan and Ahmadi by Using the Terminal Automation System. These Depots Distribute Fuel to the Pfs and Corporate Customers. The Work Requirements as Follows: The Offers Provided in this Contract shall be Inclusive of All Direct and Indirect Costs Related to Installation, Configuration, and Support with a One Time Setup Fees for All Knpc Petrol Stations and Applications. The Contractor is Responsible to Perform Any Actions/Support/Configurations to Any Dependencies that are not Included in the Scope but Related to Actions Performed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall Provide an Automatic Mechanism that Allows Knpc to Access Real Time Data Concerning All of the Transactions Done in Both Pos and Epg. This Mechanism shall be Web Based: It should Adhere to the Company Security Policy and it shall be Automated on an Agreed Time Interval. The Contractor shall Provide All the Required Hardware, Software, and Support Needed to Successfully Install, Configure, and Operate Pos and Epg. - the Contractor is Responsible for Troubleshooting All of the Issues with Hardware and Software Included in this Scope.
