Pursuant To Article 107 (2), It Maintains The Possibility That, At The Same Time As The Date Of The Dbr, The Specific Purchase Request Contained Therein, Depending On The Specific Procurement Requirement, Shall Determine The Opportunity To Tender In The Invitation To Tender. The Contracting Authority Maintains The Possibility Of Determining The Need For Purchasing In Each Sub-Proposal In The Formation Of The Submission Options In The Formation Of The Submission Options In The Formation Of The Submission Options.
