The Object Of The Contract Is The Realization Of 1,680 Samples Of Cytogenetic Arrays, During The Period Of 24 Months Of Execution Of The Contract. It Includes, As Part Of The File, An Integrated Platform With A Hybridization Oven, A Scan For Reading The Arrays, Two Additional Computers For Data Analysis And Software For The Interpretation Of The Cnv (Copy Number Variation). The Platform Must Be Able To Analyze Arrays With More Than 2.6 Million Cnv Markers, 750,000 Snp And 1.9 Million Non -Polymorphic Probes; And Even Arrays To Investigate Cnv In A Single Exon Throughout The Human Genome.
