The Aim Of The Iv Therapy And Bisphosphonates Service Is To Enable Stockport Patients Aged 18 Years And Over Who Are Medically Stable To Safely Receive Intravenous Therapy In A Community Health Care Setting Or The Patients Own Home For Selected Frail And Housebound Patients, Thereby Reducing Avoidable Hospital Admissions And Facilitating Early Hospital Discharge.
