The University Of Georgia (Using Agency), A Unit Of The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia (Owner), On Behalf Of The Uga Facilities Management Division Is Seeking Statements Of Qualifications From Firms Interested In Providing Task Order Contractor Services Via The Construction Manager/General Contractor Format Utilizing Lump Sum And Gmp Sum Contract Pricing) For Certain Interior And Exterior Paint And Exterior Washing Projects For Various Facilities And Locations At Uga. This Request For Qualifications (Rfq) Seeks To Identify Qualified Potential Providers Of The Following Services: Qualifications And A Minimum Of 5 Years¿ Experience In Interior/Exterior Commercial Paint Products And Application Procedures Including: Latex And Oil-Based Paints, Primers, Sealers And Coatings; Elastomeric Coatings; Exterior Cleaning/Washing Products And Procedures (High- And Low-Pressure Systems); Lead-Based Paint Remediation, Containment, And Disposal. The Contractor Shall Have The Ability To Perform Carpentry And Masonry Repairs As Required To Provide A Suitable Substrate For Coating Applications And Ability To Safely Operate Aerial Lifts And/Or Provide Rope Access To Ensure Project Completion.There Will Be A Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference For All Interested Parties To Take Place At 10:00 Am On Tuesday, 05/13/2025 In The Chicopee Auditorium At 1180 E.
