3 The Object In Question Is A One-Story Building Without A Basement, Embedded On A Foundation Slab, Wall Walls Made Of Ceramic Blocks, Roofing Roofing Roofing Roofs. The Building Is Equipped With: Central Heating, Water And Sewage, Electrical And Internal Installations In Accordance With The Construction Design. 2. Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Attachments To Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions For Employing Persons On An Employment Contract When Performing The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Detail In The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Item Above 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Completed By The Contractor. 5. In The Case Of The Use Of Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer Of Technical Cards Or Other Documents Confirming That The Equivalent Solutions Offered Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Described In The Order. Equivalent Solutions Must Have Technical, Exploitation And Intake Parameters, No Worse Than Obtained Through The Implementation Of The Designer And Provided That Their Use Does Not Cause The Need To Change The Solutions Contained In The Documentation, And Will Also Be Approved By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority. 6. If The Employer Does Not Provide Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Which Is Functionally Suitable For Demanding Use. 7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries, Services Or Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. The Decision Whether The Material, Device Or Product Offered Is In Accordance With The Requirements Of Swz Or Equivalent To The Material, Device Or Product Indicated In Swz Will Be Taken By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority After The Contractor Submits Information About The Material, Device Or Product With The Appropriate Catalogs, Certificates And Samples, As Long As Such Are Required In Swz.8. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Consult A Specialist - A Designer On The Offered Materials Or Devices. This Opinion May Be The Basis For The Contracting Authority To Make A Decision To Accept Equivalent Materials Or Devices Or Reject The Offer Due To A Lack Of Equivalence
