1. The Order Includes The Transport Of The Clever Frame® Modular System Of The Lesser Poland Voivodship In 2025 During Events Co -Organized By The Department Of Owner Supervision And The Marshals Office Of The Lesser Poland Voivodship In 2025 From The Warehouse To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority And Back And Service, I.E. Assembly, Disassembly And Protection For The Transport Of The Modular Exhibition System. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Annex 1D To Swz And It Will Be Introduced As An Attachment To The Public Procurement Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract. 5.
