Description: The purpose of this tender is to engage the services of a specialized company to carry out all necessary services for the development and implementation of a communication and engagement strategy, as well as the execution of community awareness and engagement initiatives related to energy and water efficiency and conservation. This includes managing communication and engagement platforms and designing and implementing relevant programs and initiatives.
