The Subject Of The Contract Includes Periodic Deliveries On Requests To The Contracting Authority, Including Branding Of Different Types Of Special, Protective, Protective Clothing Described By Types, Quality And Technical Characteristics In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. The Deliveries Subject To The Contract Shall Be Made After A Request From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Total Quantity Of Each Type Of The Goods That Will Be Stated Under The Public Procurement Contract Are Indicated In Annex 1 To The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. The Total Quantity For Each Type Of Goods Subject To The Contract Is Forecast And Maximum Admissible. The Application Also Indicates An Estimated Annual Distribution Of The Supplies Of The Quantities Of Goods. The Contracting Authority Will Make Requests For The Delivery Of Goods Under The Contract, In Accordance With Its Need And Until The Total Quantity Of Goods For The Respective Item, Indicated In Annex 1 To The Technical Specification. The Period Within Which The Contracting Authority Will Make Requests For Delivery Is 24 Months From The Entry Of The Contract For The Contract For The Contract, And The Following Option (Extension) Is Provided In The Subject Of The Contract: In Case The Total Quantity Of Each Type Of Goods Subject To The Order Is Not Exhausted Until The Order Of 24 Months, The Same May Be Extended By 12 / Twenty / Twenty The Order, Which In Both Circumstances Came First. The Total Period In Which The Contracting Authority May Request The Supply Of Quantities Of Goods Under The Contract May Not Exceed 36 / Thirty -Six / Months. The Option Is Assigned Under The Conditions Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, By Signing An Additional Agreement To The Contract. In The Event That At The Date Of Expiry Of The Original Period Of 24 Months, The Contracting Authority May Make Requests For The Delivery Of Goods, And In The Case Of Extension And Within The Extended Period, The Total Quantity For Each Type Of Goods Is Not Claimed By The Contracting Authority, The Latter Has No Obligation To Make Requests For Delivery Of The Remaining Quantities. On The Grounds Of Art. 12, Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act), In Connection With A Decision Of The Council Of Ministers No. 591/18.07.2016, The Contracting Authority Announces That The Present Public Procurement Is Reserved For The Award Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Economic Entities, Whose Main Purpose Is The Social Or Professional Integration Of People Of The Order Are Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Other Interested Persons May Also Participate In The Procedure, But Their Tenders Are Considered Only If There Are No Tenders Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Ppa.
