In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) To Carry Out Demolition Works And Disassembly Works, Partitions, Window Joinery, Door And Existing Installations; B) Forms Of Rotten Plasters And Internal Cladding; C) Making New Door Holes; D) Installation Of A New Window And Door Joinery; E) Roofing Thermosal With Sheet Metal Processes; F) Making New Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboard Along With Mineral Wool Filling; G) Making New Floors With Moisture And Thermal Insulation Along With The Liquidation Of Thresholds And Unevenness; H) Insulation (Inside The Building) Of The Ceiling With Mineral Wool Gr. 20Cm + Assembly Of The System Structure Of Suspended Ceilings And Cladding Made Of Plasterboard; I) Making Floor Cladding Made Of Stoneware Tiles; J) Execution Of A New Water And Sewage System Together With Sanitary Fittings; K) Implementation Of The Central Heating Installation Along With The Installation Of New Radiators; L) Measuring Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation Together With Air-Conditioning And Sensors. Humidity And Temperature - Integrated System; M) Execution Of A New Electrical Installation Along With Accessories And Lighting; N) Performing Low -Current Installations, Including Installation Of External Cameras And Alarm; O) Assembly Of The Access Control System; P) Execution Of Tile And Painting Finishing Works.
