1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of An Order Covering The Delivery And Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor With Accessories. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz. 3. The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex 3 To Swz. The Template Of The Contract Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation And The Provisions Contained Therein Are Treated As The Terms Of Awarding The Contract. 4. The Employer Requires That The Equipment Offered To Meet The Requirements Of Polish Traffic Regulations With The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law, Had Current Approval Allowing For Admission To Public Roads In Accordance With The Act Of 14 April 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws, Item 919).
