Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Director-General/CEO Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Sheda, Abuja (SHESTCO) and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot number written on the top right corner of the envelope.
