Gym Equipment With The Supply Of Sports Equipment As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of The Municipal Stadium In Katowice: The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply And Installation Of Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Specification, Constituting An Attachment To Swz.1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: • Transport, Unloading And Lodging, • Unpacking Equipment And Assembly In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Applicable Provisions. And Equipment Together With Their Configuration, • Removal Of Packaging Related To Delivery, • Repairing Any Damage Related To The Supply And Assembly Of Equipment Elements Before Submitting The Completion Of Supplies And Acceptance, • Training Employees From The Operation Of Equipment And Equipment, The Supplier Before Assembly Is Obliged To Present A Proposal To Deploy Devices Intended For The Gym In Graphic Form And Obtain The Acceptance Of The User (Municipal Stadium Katowice Sp. Z O.O.). The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure A Safe And Stable Device Setting, Installation Of A Puzzle Rubber Floor (Item 117 Of The Technical Specification) In The Space Of The Gym Indicated In Annex 6. The Appraiser Requires That The Balls Belonging To The Same Sports (All Sizes) Come From One Manufacturer. The Devices Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage, With Appropriate Certificates Of Compliance With Security Standards. The Attorney Is Obliged To Provide The Operating Instructions And Maintenance In Polish. 2) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By:- Technical Specification Of Equipment, Constituting Annex No. 8- Designed Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex No. 7- Projection Of The Room Intended For The Gym, Constituting An Attachment No. 63) Quality Guarantees And Warranty For Defects - The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty Period In Relation To The Entire Subject Of The Public Procurement Agreement Be At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period.
