Am-M4 Metro Car Drive And Engine Improvement, Repair, Business Framework Contract (Service Order) Total Quantity (Planned): 1.240 Pieces/24 Months. During Repair, The Original Design, Functionality And Technical Parameters Of The Components Must Be Restored. The Tasks Are Described In The Price Table And The Detailed Technical Requirements Are Provided In The Technical Description. The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree 46 (3). The Quantities Given In The Flood Table Were Determined For A Period Of 12 Months On The Basis Of Previous Usage Experience. Experience Quantities. Experience Quantities Have Been Granted To Determine The Tenders For The Validation Of The Bids Without The Value Of The Sales Tax, And The Quantities Obtained Under The Contract May Differ From These Experiential Data. The Tenderer Must Declare In His Tender That: • Has A Or Repair Subcontractor With The Repair Technology Of The Part Affected, The Tools, Target Machines, Assembly Materials Required For Repair, Especially The Technical Description; • The Deadline For Performance That Should Not Be More Than 210 Calendar Days; • Provides The Contracting Authority The Opportunity To Inspect The Contract During The Contract Period, For Which All The Assets And Conditions Are Provided; • Shall Undertake The Removal Of The Component To Be Repaired And The Reparation Of The Repaired And Built -Up Parts Free Of Charge; • Provides The Integrity Of The Repaired Components During Transport And Storage, The Packaging Protects Against The Entry Of Dust, Water And Other Impurities; • It Acknowledges That - Contracting Authority Shall Only Send The Orders By E -Mail, For Which He / She Will Receive The Orders At A Single E -Mail Address, • He Has Introduced Him To The Information Related To The Contracting Authoritys Website (Https://Www.Bkv.Hu/Hu/Content/Adatvedelmékékázsztas) And Also Presented It To His Employees Acting And Fulfilling The Contract And Other Persons In Connection With The Interest And Activity; • Whether It Is Considered To Be A Data Processor In Connection With The Services Provided To The Contracting Authority.
