Evaluation Consultancy Services - Evaluation Of Ecoschemics And Conditional Conditions For Climate And Environment. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Processing: • Intervention Evaluation Methodologies 05.31 And 06.31 Climate And Environmental Regimes (Ecoschemo) And Conditional Conditions Implemented Within The Strategic Plan Of The Czech Agricultural Policy For The Period 2023 - 2027 To Fulfill Selected Specific Objectives (Sp Caf) In Climate And Environment. The Methodology Will Include The Design Of The Schedule Of The Evaluation During The Implementing Period From 2025 To 2028. Fulfillment: Within Two (2) Months Of The Publication Of The Contract In The Contract Register • Performing The Evaluation Of Interventions Of Ecoschemics And Conditions Of Conditionality According To The Proposed Schedule And Evaluation Methodology. Fulfillment: Since The Approval Of The Methodology And Schedule To 2028. The Evaluation Is Required On The Basis Of Article 140 Of The Regulation (Eu) 2021/2115, Which Lays Down Rules For Strategic Plans To Be Developed By Member States Within The Cap. When Evaluating Sc Sp Cap 4, 5 And 6 (See Below), The Cap (Sp Cap) Strategic Logic Will Be Proceeded In Accordance With The Intervention Logic Of The Cap (Sp Cap), Which Ensures The Assessment Of The Impact With Regard To The Scope, The Type Of Agricultural Procedure Under The Intervention Of Ecoschemics And Conditional Conditions (Including Their Complementary Effect). Ecoschemics Are The Intervention Of The First Pillar Of The Cap Implemented By The Czech Republic On The Basis Of Article 31 Of The Regulation No. 2021/2115, Which Are Provided Beyond The Relevant Compulsory Requirements For The Management And Standards Of Dzes. Sp Cap Was Approved By The Implementing Decision Of The European Commission C (2022) 8338 Final. The Evaluation Will Be Processed According To The Current Version Of The Sp Cap. The Contracting Authority Will Inform The Contracting Authority About The Modifications Of The Sp Cap. The Contractor - The Assessor Will Take Into Account These Changes In The Evaluation. The Interventions Of Ecoschemics Are Conceived In Relation To Standards And Conditional Requirements. For This Reason, It Is Always Necessary To Take Into Account The Effect And Condition Of The Condition, Quantification And Qualitative Outputs In The Framework Of Interventions In The Context, Quantification And Qualitative Output Effect. Detailed Specifications Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract And All Commercial, Payment And Technical Conditions Are Defined In The Binding Text Of The Draft Contract For Work Contained In Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation.
