Non-Hazardous Refuse And Waste Treatment And Disposal Services-Collection And Processing Of Waste With The Code Ex 19 12 12– High-Calorie Fraction (Prardf) From Pre-Sorted Waste. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collection, Transport And Processing Of Waste In The Installation For The Production Of Alternative Fuel, Classified In Accordance With The Current Waste Directory - Under The Code Ex 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Items) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Produced In The Municipal Installation Of The Rco Kososno In The Process Of Mechanical Processing Pre -Sorted Waste. 2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: A) Expected To Be Transferred, During This Order, The Total Amount Of Waste Is About 1,100 Mg Waste From 20 Mg To 50 Mg, (From Monday To Friday, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority), The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Transfer Less Waste, With This Size, This Size Will Not Be Less Than 600 Mg. B) These Waste Will Constitute So -Called Predrdf Faction. Waste Will Be Produced In The Process Of Mechanical And Manual Processing, As A Result Of Which The Fractions Will Be Removed From The Stream: Glass, Large Foils And Cardboard Boxes, Iron And Non -Ferrous Metals. The Waste Will Contain, Among Others Lightweight Raw Material Fractions Not Recycled, C) Waste Will Be Transferred In The Form Of Pressed Beams, D) Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor And At Its Expense From Monday To Friday, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party From 6:15 To 21:30, E) The Costs Are Borne By The Contracting Authority, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Contract In The Event Of Postponing Annex 4 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 16 (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1277), 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Has An Entry In The Register Of Entities Introducing Products, Products In Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo) Kept By The Voivodship Marshal Referred To In Art. 49 Para. 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste In The Field Of Storage, Processing Of Waste With The Ex 19 12 Code And In The Scope Of Production Of Alternative Fuel Waste With Code 19 12 10 And The Range Of Waste Transport With Code 19 12 12. 4 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract - Persons Performing Activities Related To The Transport Of Waste (Drivers) For The Duration Of The Contract. Decisions In This Respect Were Regulated In The Paragraph 7 Of Part Ii Swz- Template Of The Contract.
