Event Services - Organization Of The First (I) And Third (Iii) Day For Participants Of The Regional Forum Of Intelligence Specializations (Rfis) Held In Krakow At The Convention Of Marshals Of The Polish Voivodships Under The Leadership Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Organizing A Tour Of Krakow Ended With A Refreshment In A Local Restaurant; B) Ensuring Transport During Study Visits In The Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party; C) Providing Lunch After Studies; D) Providing Information And Promotional Materials. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 1D To Swz And It Will Be Introduced As An Attachment To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. The Ordering Party According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract.
