Non -Hazardous Refuse And Waste Treatment And Disposal Services - Collection And Processing Of Waste With The Code Ex 19 12 12 - Ballast Fraction. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collection, Transport And Processing Of Waste In The Installation For The Production Of Alternative Fuel, Classified In Accordance With The Current Waste Directory - Under The Code Ex 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Items) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Produced In The Municipal Installation Of The Rco Kososno In The Process Of Mechanical Processing Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Pre -Sorted Waste. 2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: A) Expected To Be Transferred, During This Order, The Total Amount Of Waste Is About 1,500 Mg Of Waste - Daily Collection From 21 Mg To 75 Mg (From Monday To Friday Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority). The Employer Reserves The Right To Transfer Less Waste, With This Size Not Less Than 800 Mg. B) These Waste Will Constitute So -Called Ballast Fraction. C) Waste Will Be Transferred By Looseness, D) The Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractors Transport And At Its Expense From Monday To Friday, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party From 6:15 To 21:30, E) The Cost Of The Employer Is Borne For Loading, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Contract In The Event Of Postponing The Date Of The Annex No. 4 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Economy Of July 16 (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1277), 3.
