Tenders are Invited for Design and Turnkey Construction of a Road Marking Paint Production Facility Potential bidders are invited to submit to the address of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan: to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status and details, as well as attach to it the registration and charter documents of the applicant, power of attorney pay for participation 1725 US dollars (including 225 dollars - VAT) or the equivalent in manats (payment for participation is non-refundable). Bids are accepted within 30 (thirty) business days at the specified address from the date of publication. Proposals received later than the deadline will not be accepted and considered. The account for the transfer of funds will be indicated upon submitting a written application. Bids must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account. Packages of tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes: a commercial offer (the envelope with a commercial offer includes only the price specification) and a technical offer (the envelope with a technical offer includes all other necessary documents).
