Quotation are invited for 6-Panel Drug Test Kits Delivery Date: 2025/05/16 Delivery To: CS - Amenities and Recreation CSES Delivery Address: 19 Sawkins Road, Mowbray Closing Date: 2025/04/25 Closing Time: 04:00 PM Description: 1.300.00 each x 6-panel drug test kits Specification: * Drug Kits required: 6-panel drug test kits x 1300 Drug test dip (panel) specifications: A rapid, one-step drug test screen for the simultaneous, qualitative detection of multiple drugs and drug metabolites in urine; The test can be performed without the use of an instrument; and The test utilises monoclonal antibodies to selectively detect elevated levels of specific drugs in urine. The 6-panel urine drug test kits will simultaneously test for and indicate separately the following: Marijuana (THC), Cocaine (COC), Opiates (OPI), Amphetamine (AMP), Methamphetamine (mAPM/MET), and Methaqualone (MQL). Kits must be individually wrapped and sealed in a foil pouch with a packet of desiccant. Boxes of 25 kits must be provided with 1 x instruction pamphlet per box. The kits must have a shelf-life of between 18 and 24 months at the time of delivery. In order to qualify for preference points, it is the responsibility of the bidder to: Submit a duly completed MBD 6.1 form (bidders must indicate how they claim points for each specific goal). Submit documentary proof of updated BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit and/or CIPC certificate with each RFQ submission to validate specific goals. (if a bidder is registered and active on the City#s Supplier Database and has submitted the BBBEE certificate/ Sworn affidavit/ CIPC certificate, the submission of said documents is not necessary).
