The Province Is Seeking A Proponent To Assist The Crime Victim Assistance Program (Cvap) In Determining Whether Medical Evidence Supports Claims Related To Injury Or Disability By Reviewinginformation From Third Party Medical Or Health Practitioners For The Purpose Of Providing Objective Opinions Regarding Causality, Nature, And Extent Of Injuries, As Well As Recommendations Regarding Bc Provincial Treatment Guidelines And Related Costs.The Contract Term Is Anticipated To Start In And Around The Beginning Of June 2025 And End On March 31, 2026, With The Option To Extend For Up To Three (3) Additional One (1) Year Terms, At The Ministry’S Sole Discretion.
