1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation In Office Rooms, Corridors And Basements Of The Municipal Office Building In Żabno, Including: A) Dismantling Works Of Existing Heating Installations Together With A Part Of Radiatorsb) Construction Works; Starting From Breaking The Holes And Securing The Network, As Well As Forging Fire Furrows To Finishing Work, Including Plastering And Painting. C) Assembly Works Of The Central Heating Installation Together With A Complete Heating Fittings2) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex 4 To Swz  Design Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex 6 To Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 7 To Swz3). The Principle Of Flat -Rate Remuneration, Therefore, The Bill Of Quantity Of Works That Are Part Of The Contract Documentation Is Also Aimed At Enabling The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of Works.4) The Contracting Authority Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Implementation Of The Order, Divided Into The Price For The Implementation Of Each Task, As A Flat -Rate Price, Which Includes The Performance Of All The Contract Elements That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Contract Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Submitting An Offer. 5) The Contracting Authority Requests Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Performance Of A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of Project Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible Local Vision, Carried Out By The Contractor. 6) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Works Of Persons With Permissions In The Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entitled Task And Conducting The Investment Implementation Journal Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) Final Remarks - Regarding The Order: A) The Works Covered By This Order Will Be Carried Out In The Functioning Facility. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Renovation Works In A Minimum Manner That Reduces The Work Performed By Employees And Associates Of The Facilities, As Well As The Use Of The Facility By The People In It. The Contracting Authority Allows All Bothersome Work, In Particular Causing Noise And Dust, Take Place Outside The Facilitys Working Hours After Prior Arrangement With The Contracting Authority. When Organizing Renovation Works, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Following Requirements Of The Employer: • Cleaning On A Regular Basis After Demolition Works, Washing After Painting. • Preparation Of Rooms For Renovation In Consultation With The Employer, I.E. The Elevation/Shift Of Furniture, Equipment And Cardboard Boxes, As Well As, If Necessary, Securing Them With Foil Against Damage And Dust, And After Renovat
