It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Support And Development Of The Eessi Mlsa Platform. The Contracting Authority Operates An Information System That Is Part Of The European Electronic Exchange Of Social Security Information (Eessi Mlsa). The Eessi Mlsa System Is Used To Exchange Information And Data On The Social Security Of Persons Among The Institutions Of Eu Member States. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Continuation Of The Performance Of The Cross -Border Social Security Agenda, Which Is Supported By The Ministry Of Labor And Social Affairs And The Labor Office Using The Eessi Mlsa. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Take Over And Continue The Support Of The Eessi Mlsa By A Selected Supplier, With The Fact That The Eessi Mlsa Will Also Result In Its Technological Modernization, Without Interrupting Its Operation For Business Needs. The Business Functionality Of The Eessi Mlsa Remains Retained. In Particular, The Following Services Are Subject To The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract: • System Receipt Services - Existing Eessi Mlsa Platforms (Eessi2); • Development Services Of The Modernized Version Of The Eessi Mlsa (Eessi3), Including Development Incl. Analyzes, System Testing, System Deployment; • Service Support And Maintenance Services Of The Application Of The Application, Both The Eessi2 Standing Platform And The Modernized Version Of The Eessi3 System; • Services On Order (Development And Changes In The System) - Provision Of Services And Activities Of Development And Making Significant Changes In The Eessi Mlsa System Beyond The Provision Of Services And Activities Of Support And Maintenance Of Production, Based On Orders Of The Contracting Authority. • End -Fulfillment Services - Exit Services. Detailed Specifications Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract And Within The Framework Of The Outputs, Services And Activities (Hereinafter Referred To As The Services), Including The Method Of Their Performance And The Relevant Conditions, Is Listed In Annex B - A Binding Pattern Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Or Binding Pattern Of The Contract) And Annex B1 - Technical Specifications.
